比如Agusta Westland, Antolini, Be Open Foundation, Cappellini, Frag, Ichendorf, Living Divani, Oluce, Tod’s等等。
mist-o is a designers firm based in Tokyo and Milan, established in 2010 by Noa Ikeuchi from Japan and Tommaso Nani from Italy. The studio is a bridge across Europe and Asia and the work ranges from the design of furniture and small objects to spatial arrangements and from limited editions to industrial scale. Tommaso and Noa divide their lives between Japan and Italy and are continuously travelling between the two countries for development and research of new projects. Some of mist-o designs were exhibited at Triennale Design Museum, MOMA design store, Poldi Pezzoli Museum, Shanghai biennale. The studio has developed furniture, products, lighting and architecture for some of the leading companies in the design field. Among their renowned clients are Agusta Westland, Antolini, Be Open Foundation, Cappellini, Frag, Ichendorf, Living Divani, Oluce, Tod’s and others.
Our approach has the intention of communicating a vision of the world where things and relations arise from the union and meeting of different meanings and symbols. It is from this continuous chaotic dialogue that one slowly progresses towards a clear new order. It is like a fog bank that appears to an outside observer as a large united mass that moves and breathes as a whole but which basically is composed of an infinite quantity of single individual water drops.
We therefore present a study of things and relations with different cultures that is not superficial but which examines a common archetype, the pure essence of things.

“Our way to design is very spontaneous, trying to mix our taste with the manufacturer needs. Trying to create the best and usefull products for the company. There is not a style we want to create consciously, but the signature touch comes out naturally from our background; Italian and Japanese taste mixed together. When you look our products you can see always a sort of gentle simplicity, objects that never shout, that assert their existence while remaining clear, honest, never vulgar. We try to bring out the essence of an object, focusing on its main concept and eliminating the superfluous. I would say we do gentle products.”
